ONE-OF-A-KIND BY NATURE

Not one of many. One made for you.

No two reclaimed beams have the same history. We select and prepare architectural timber from old Javanese houses, sometimes bringing pieces from more than one building together. The result: a genuinely distinctive home, designed around you and ready for a new chapter.

01 / UNIQUE BY DESIGN02 / REASSEMBLABLE TIMBER03 / DESTINATION-LED PLANNING
BUILT TO BELONG. DESIGNED TO MOVE.

A forever home that can change its address.

Enjoy your home for generations. Where technically feasible, its numbered timber components can be carefully dismantled, moved and reassembled on a new site. The next installation requires a fresh technical assessment, suitable foundations, permits and trained professionals.

We plan for the destination country, not a one-size-fits-all claim. Import documentation, timber treatments, engineered structural calculations and code compliance vary by jurisdiction. We can coordinate a detailed anchoring layout and, subject to agreement, arrange a preliminary site visit.

DESIGNED WITH INTENTION

Use what already exists. Make something remarkable.

Giving suitable old teak a second life can reduce demand for new timber. We assess provenance and condition, plan appropriate treatments and aim to support tree planting in Indonesia. We never promise zero carbon impact: shipping and reconstruction must also be considered.
