HERITAGE ARCHIVE / DOCUMENT GUIDE
The story of a home should be supported by evidence, not assumptions. This is our planned private ABADI HOME project dossier — a working checklist, not a government-issued Certificate of Origin.
SPECIMEN / NOT ISSUED · NOT A GOVERNMENT CERTIFICATEDownload an eight-page example showing how ABADI HOME intends to document the story of an original teak house: provenance, quality controls, restoration, numbered timber inventory, documentation and final handover.
Presentation specimen only — not issued and not a government certificate of origin. Project-specific evidence and approvals are required.
Original style and documented location, lawful recovery and ownership authorizations, purchase/supply details, available source photos and materials history.
Recovered wood register, architectural style, size and timber species, supplier records, measured plans and numbered beam/post inventory.
Inspection findings, cleaning and sanding, treatment, repair records, workshop reassembly photos, engineering review when required and quality check sign-offs.
Assembly drawings, packing and shipment lists, export documentation as applicable, destination-specific requirements and final handover log.
No private certificate is approved if an essential inspection or document remains pending. Independent structural assessments, official export documents and import approvals may be required separately for your destination.
