Can every house be relocated? +
Relocation is possible for suitable timber structures with professional dismantling, a new technical review and local approvals. It depends on condition, detailed design, ground conditions and relevant standards.
Are your houses automatically certified worldwide? +
No. Buildings must meet the applicable rules of the destination country and site, with project-specific engineering and authority approval where required.
Is USD 320/m² a final price? +
No. USD 320/m² is the provisional structural planning basis. Supplied elements, timber selection, size, transport, duties, foundations, local assembly and services affect the final agreed price.

Questions before you choose
Can my home be moved to another property? +
Where technically feasible, numbered sections can be dismantled and reassembled. The new site will need fresh structural, foundations and permitting assessment.
Will every timber survive multiple moves? +
Not guaranteed. Timber and connections require inspection before any dismantling or reuse.
